Fall is a time when the landscape itself displays not only its warmest colours but also its inviting weather. It’s a time to admire the scenery on weekend adventures and enjoy the outdoors. This year’s fall studio tours offer a wide variety of craftsmanship. With the North of 89 Studio Tour to the west, Innisfil Studio Tour to the east and the Images Thanksgiving Studio Tour to the north planning a self-guided drive can lead to the discovery of many combinations of artistic skills and sights. The tours are admission-free and can be planned and customized using the maps and descriptions provided. A fall drive may become a tradition when paired with the inspiring displays waiting at every stop. Prepare to be struck by the beauty and skill of the artists who open their doors of their creative worlds to the public. With each of the resident artists on hand to walk guests through their creative process each piece will come alive in the eyes of the beholder. Four fall weekends can become enchanting journeys through art and landscape when nature and craft come together for the season.
